Horses That Help

About This Project

Horses That Help is a non-profit 501(c)3 ministry that utilizes rescued and rehabilitated horses to impact the lives of at-risk youth, children in foster care, and children with special needs.

Horses That Help provides a special connection between a horse and a child that brings about physical, spiritual, and emotional healing through horseback riding, training, and bonding. Horses That Help is entirely free so that money never stands in the way of a parent’s ability to bring their child.

The program currently serves 80-200 children per month by providing mentorship, teaching sustainable farming, offering free horseback riding lessons, and hosting farm animal petting zoos.
